We offer standard shipping across Canada and the US. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available on orders exceeding a specific threshold.
What is the DeSerres return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please note that certain items, such as aerosol cans, markers, and books, may be final sale for safety and quality reasons.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Yes, we offer a convenient 'Click & Collect' service. Simply select your preferred store location during checkout, and we will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
